- front beds overgrown, remove old shrubs (4), regrade, new mulch ~350 sqft
- plant: 6 boxwood, 3 hydrangea, 1 small japanese maple
- walkway: 8 path lights (warm white LED), bury cable, transformer
- 2 uplights on the maple, 2 on house facade
- existing outlet on porch, need timer/photocell
- soil ok, minor drainage issue near downspout - add small dry creek / rock
- customer wants clean modern look, budget-conscious but wants it to "wow" at night
- access easy, no HOA
- timeline: wants done before daughters grad party ~3 weeks out
- rough sizes: walkway 40ft, beds along 30ft front
