notes re: Bellamy Building Co - kitchen job - I am FUMING

- signed 12 March, Dan Bellamy, quoted 6 weeks, started 24 March
- paid deposit 4,200 on the 20th (bank transfer, have the receipt)
- it is now 14 August. TWENTY WEEKS.
- cabinets went in end of May and nothing since
- still no worktop, no splashback, sink is sitting in the hallway in a box
- last time anyone showed up was 11 June (half a day, took a photo, left)
- I have called 6 times since 2 July, left 3 voicemails, texted twice
- one reply on 9 July "chasing the fabricator, will update Friday" - never did
- we have been washing up in the bathroom since MAY
- my sister's wedding is here on 6 Sept and I have 14 people staying
- contract says substantial completion within 8 weeks of start
- I do not want to threaten legal action yet but I want a date in writing
- want: acknowledge, give me a schedule with dates, tell me when the worktop
  is actually being fitted, or refund the balance so I can get someone else
- be firm. professional. no swearing. I want this on record.
